By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Course Fees & Training Programs
All course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refund will be provided for:
Change of mind after enrollment.
Non-attendance of classes.
Incomplete course participation.
Failure to complete assignments or assessments
Course access (online/offline) is activated immediately after payment; hence refunds are not possible once access is granted.
2. Digital Products & Online Content:
Fees paid for digital courses, recorded sessions, study materials, PDFs, or online content are strictly non-refundable.
Once digital access is provided, no refund, cancellation, or exchange will be entertained.
3. Franchise Fees:
Franchise registration or onboarding fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Franchise approval, documentation, branding support, and training initiation confirm service delivery.
4. Placement & Career Support Disclaimer:
Placement assistance is provided as a support service and does not guarantee job placement.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Non-selection in interviews
Delay in placement
Market or company hiring conditions
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
Payment is debited but enrollment is not processed.
In such cases:
A written request must be submitted within 7 working days.
Proof of payment must be provided.
Refund approval is solely at the discretion of NextGen Skills Institute.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
6. Payment Gateway & Transaction Issues
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
Banks
Payment gateways.
Network or technical issues
Any transaction-related disputes should first be raised with the payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
Once enrolled, courses or franchise registrations cannot be canceled.
Requests for cancellation after payment will not qualify for any refunds.
8. Policy Updates
NextGen Skills Institute reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
